INTRODUCTION:

Designed by Mark Ellis, the Freedom Legacy 42 sedan debuted during the fall boat show season in 2006.  The Legacy 42 mixes the traditional lines and look of a downeast trawler with modern construction and design for efficiency and cruising comfort.  The modern hull design with deep-V bow and chine stern helps the hull glide through open sea conditions with ease.

This Legacy 42 sedan has the galley-up layout to maximize living space in the 360 degree views.  Stepping down below, there is forward centerline owner’s cabin, a guest cabin to starboard, and added galley space and a head to port.  Iris Dale has been meticulously cared for and cruised locally on the Chesapeake Bay.
